KEY Technology roles at MGM
Product Manager MGM Product Managers act as CEOs of their product areas and are responsible for delivering digital solutions to the most critical customer problems and business opportunities. They have a distinctive skill set that combines engineering, design and business knowledge with a deep empathy for customers to create engaging experiences across MGM's physical and digital properties. We are seeking Product Managers with experience in multiple areas of business including e-commerce, on property experience, itineraries, communication channel optimization/personalization, and many more. Preferred candidates will have over four years of experience working within an agile product team building customer facing software and over two years of building and leading digital products at scale.
Senior Software Engineer - Back End The Software Engineers at MGM Resorts International are responsible for taking technology innovations to the next level. The primary responsibility of the position will be to partner with Tech Leadership and Product Management to design and develop the technology that enables great customer experiences. This will include developing production-grade code through vision, definition, planning, execution, deployment, and sustainment. We are seeking individuals with three to five years of experience delivering commercial cloud and backend software products and services at enterprise to internet-scale or experience in a related area (e-commerce, loyalty programs and/or identity access management). MGM Software Engineers have a strong understanding of all software layers including UI, service, data store and communication layers and typically have experience in building Azure of AWS cloud services.
Senior Software Engineer - Front EndAs a software engineer on the client engineering team, you’ll be responsible for the front-end software development for all of our digital products. We are looking for self-directed engineers with a bias towards impact to raise the bar of our platform and guest experience. You will work with our cross-functional team on all aspects of product development: strategy, brainstorming, user research, design, execution, and iteration.
AI, Machine Learning and Data ScienceWe are building out a new strategy for leveraging AI technologies (including cognitive computing, NLP, machine learning, deep learning, and analytics) to develop new customer experiences, improve operational excellence and implement closed-loop systems to improve engineering effectiveness across the consumer products. Successful candidates will have significant experience in data science and AI, including hands-on experience in the design, development, and delivery of complex, cloud-based AI solutions.
