STARTING PAY: $15.45 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- To assist the Slot Marketing Department and Casino Special Events Department effectively, focus on providing exceptional customer service by ensuring seamless tournament organization and guest communication.
- Engage participants with personalized assistance, quickly address any inquiries or concerns, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere throughout the events. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to promote the tournaments, create engaging signage, and utilize feedback from players to enhance future events.
- Emphasizing a positive and vibrant experience will not only enhance player satisfaction but also encourage repeat participation in future tournaments.
- Complete special projects as requested by management

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Knowledge of guest service needs
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
- Can work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
