THE JOB:
As a Host at Stalla, our fine-dining Italian restaurant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the stage for an extraordinary dining experience. Your role involves greeting guests in a courteous, timely, and professional manner. By understanding our guests’ unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will remember long after they leave.
THE STARTING RATE: $14.11
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Greet and engage with guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere as you assist them with their reservations and seat them at their table.
Consistently provide a positive guest experience by maintaining the appearance of the front-of-house area to company standards
Assist food servers, bus persons, and food runners with guest contact and table information to ensure seamless service
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Is 18+ years of age
Takes pride in their work
Enjoys working collaboratively with a team to provide outstanding guest experiences.
Is detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards.
Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression
Can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
