THE JOB:
Step into the spotlight as a Mixologist at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas Pools, where innovation meets luxury in the heart of the Strip. You will craft unforgettable poolside moments with every pour. You will be a storyteller, an artist, and the curator of WOW experiences that guests will remember long after their visit.
THE STARTING RATE:
- $17.5183 hourly + tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Craft exceptional cocktails using fresh juices, infusions, and elevated techniques—including molecular mixology and artisanal ice cutting.
- Maintain full knowledge of menus, spirits, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic offerings.
- Deliver polished service with personality, tailoring each interaction to individual guest needs.
- Train and mentor Apprentice Bartenders and Bar Porters, supporting excellence behind the bar.
- Manage inventory, ensure bar cleanliness, and follow all payment and cash handling procedures.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care, collaborating with management and security as needed.
- Upsell food & beverage offerings with confidence and style—creating elevated, artistic cocktails that reflect the sophistication of our property.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- 5+ years of prior relevant experience within a bar or similar environment.
