THE JOB:
The Assistant Buffet Manager is responsible for assisting with all aspects of daily restaurant operations for Beau Rivage’s Buffet. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Make daily floor plans per shift to ensure proper rotation and coverage of stations.
- Supervise floor service in the dining room during hours of operation.
- Communicate with management, chefs, and culinary staff to fulfill and address any issues or needs of the guests or employees.
- Order supplies through the IP System and Purchasing; prepare purchase requisitions for outlets.
- Ensures high customer satisfaction and an exceptional guest experience.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- High School, GED or equivalent
- Has experience in leadership roles
- Has experience in Casino resorts, restaurants, or similar environments.
