THE JOB:
The Maintenance Tech is responsible for conducting predictive maintenance and reactive repairs, including installing mechanical and plumbing equipment and systems throughout building.
THE STARTING RATE: $20.35
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Perform routine to complex maintenance and repair tasks on all mechanical and electrical equipment and systems throughout the racetrack and racino.
Operate power and hand tools to complete job duties.
Responsible for completing all assignments from Dispatch or Management and maintaining logbooks.
Read and interpret blueprints and wiring schematics to install and service electrical components.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Has at least two years of prior relevant experience, in the hospitality industry or similar environment
Flexible to work 3rd shift which includes weekends and holidays
Is at least 21 years old
