THE JOB:
A Ticket Office Cashier at MassMutual Center is responsible for selling tickets for all venue events, exhibits, and attractions, providing excellent customer service, handling cash, and resolving guest issues.
THE STARTING RATE: $15.00 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- This job description outlines a multifaceted ticketing and customer service role. Responsibilities include selling tickets, boosting sales through upselling and cross-selling, verifying tickets, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, handling cash and various payment methods, operating ticketing systems, and providing excellent phone etiquette. The position requires strong customer service skills, knowledge of the properties, and proficiency in using multiple systems.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Can work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age
