THE JOB:
As a Barber, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to delivering exceptional services will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. In a collaboration of team efforts, you will provide elevated guest experiences and ensure the seamless operation of the Spa and Salon.

THE SCHEDULE: On Call
Hours of Operation
Mon - Sun: 9:00 pm to 6:00 pm

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Perform a range of services including but not limited to straight razor shaves, haircuts and beard trims, ensuring all services are concluded in allotted timeframes
Cultivate premium guest experiences that promote guest retention, through the recommendation of service enhancements, upgrades, and promotion of retail products
Ensure alignment of departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
Maintain a safe and clean environment, and working knowledge of all products, and familiarity with the latest trends and techniques to meet guest requests
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be a minimum 21 years of age and hold a Nevada Barber license
Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Must currently hold or be able to obtain an Alcohol Awareness Card and Food Handlers Card
