THE JOB:
Join the team at CATCH inside Aria as a Sushi Master Cook, where your culinary talent will take center stage in one of Las Vegas' most vibrant dining destinations. In this role, you’ll prepare high-quality sushi dishes under the guidance of our chefs, while helping create unforgettable experiences for every guest. THE STARTING RATE: $28.6888
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Follow methods of food preparation, cooking, sizing of portions, mixing of sauces and garnishing of food to ensure food is prepared in an approved manner as prescribed by the Chef, Executive Sous Chef and/or Sous Chef
Evaluate cooked food before serving for quality flavors and appearance by taste and smell
Comply with occupational, health and safety standards, ensure food is stored and kept at proper holding temperatures through the use of thermometers
Delegate tasks to other job classifications as instructed by chefs
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
2+ year of prior relevant experience in a high-volume Sushi Restaurant
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
