THE JOB:

As an EVS Assistant Manager, you will oversee the EVS daily operations of the floor, employees, and daily administrative duties. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.

• Responsible for overseeing daily operations associated with assigned shift.

• Conduct frequent inspections of all public areas, office, back-of-the-house, and Casino in order to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

• Working knowledge and understanding of scheduling and labor management.

• Organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints, attention to detail, effective training, coaching and strong leadership qualities.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in EVS and/or Housekeeping.

• Must be 21 years old or older.
