THE JOB:
As a Recruiter with The Borgata Casino Hotel & Spa, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for our iconic brand. You will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers while developing and executing tailored recruitment strategies. Your ability to build relationships, provide data-driven recommendations, and utilize innovative sourcing methods will ensure we bring in the best talent while maintaining a seamless and efficient hiring process.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide data-driven guidance, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights on market trends, sourcing methods, and candidate selection.
Perform full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Implement creative sourcing strategies, utilizing LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking events, and industry partnerships to attract top talent.
Continuously explore and adopt new sourcing tools and techniques to engage both active and passive candidates.
Represent MGM Resorts at hiring events, career fairs, and community initiatives to build brand presence and expand talent pipelines.
Use data and technology to measure sourcing effectiveness, refine hiring approaches, and enhance decision-making.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while upholding an outstanding candidate experience.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Has one or more years of prior recruitment/staffing experience involving candidate interviewing, evaluation and placement
Has a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience

Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is:
$57,300.00 - $76,300.00Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.Eligible employees have the opportunity to participate in medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans as well as 401(k) and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
