THE JOB:
As the General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and financial goals for Diablo's Cantina, a vibrant restaurant with a lively nightlife atmosphere along with Osteria Costa, our coastal Italian restaurant. The primary location will be Diablo's Cantina. Your passion for creating a WOW guest experience will shine through both outlets, highlighting their unique vibes while delivering expectational guest service.

THE STARTING RATE:

• $90K annually

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations for both outlets, including labor productivity, scheduling, inventory control, and guest service standards.

• Collaborate with the Executive Chefs on the restaurants' business plans and represent the restaurants in corporate meetings.

• Implement policies, procedures, pricing strategies, and training programs for the staff, ensuring compliance with health and sanitation standards.

• Manage Human Resources functions, fostering a team-oriented environment that emphasizes performance feedback, recognition, and employee satisfaction.

• Oversee hiring, training, and succession planning for both outlets.

• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, promptly addressing any complaints.

• Manage guest feedback through company-approved channels and collaborate with the culinary team to ensure a seamless service experience.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the venue’s food and beverage offerings, menu items, and necessary equipment.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 2 years or prior relevant experience in a high-volume restaurant, beverage or a nightlife/lounge setting.

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
