THE JOB:
Come to MGM Springfield and join the slot tech team as a Slot Technical Manager, where you'll have a dynamic opportunity to lead the Slot Technical Department, ensuring seamless operations, adherence to policies and industry standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences through maintaining and optimizing slot machine performance.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Slot Technical Department.
- Responsible for the overall maintenance and performance of slot equipment.
- Remain up to date on all advances in technology, associates with vendors, servicemen, etc.
- Maintain records of all machines on the casino floor, including par sheets, excess fills, machine moves etc.
- Oversee staff training for new machine types.
- Schedule all aspects of machine moves and/or conversions.
- Participate in all equipment moves.
- Respond to special requests, by the VP Slot Operations.
- Orders and maintains inventory parts.
- Generates paperwork and oversees invoice payments for leased machines, parts, etc.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Has 2+ years of prior relevant experience in slots maintenance
- Has bachelor's degree
