THE JOB:
As a Surveillance Operator, you will help cultivate a collaborative safe environment by working closely with partner departments to support and elevate the guest experience. Your role is essential in maintaining a fair, safe, and secure gaming atmosphere for both guests and team members.

THE STARTING RATE: $22.50

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Utilize a range of closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems to observe and review casino operations, record and archive audio/video evidence, and ensure the surveillance system is functioning properly

  • Actively monitor all casino operations and personnel including, but not limited to, Table Games, Casino Cage, Soft Count, Slots, and Poker—to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, detect suspicious behavior, and help prevent fraud and theft

  • Continuously enhance knowledge of game rules, internal policies, procedures, and emerging threats through ongoing training and professional development

  • Collaborate with the local Gaming Authority and support external law enforcement agencies as needed; provide court testimony on behalf of the company when required. Maintain strict confidentiality of all surveillance activities and sensitive information


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Proficient in basic math without use of a calculator.

  • Ability to distinguish colors.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.

  • Basic working knowledge of various computer technology and software to include Microsoft Office applications.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

  • Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent

  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
