THE JOB:
As an EVS Supervisor, you will play a vital role in enhancing our guests' experience by leading a dedicated team to maintain the highest cleanliness standards throughout the property. Your keen eye for detail during inspections and your skills in coaching will help cultivate a positive environment, ensuring exceptional service at every turn. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Responsible for assignments of porters, heavy porters and specialty crews to ensure the establishment of cleanliness standards in all public areas and employee areas

• Assist with training, scheduling and staffing of all employees assigned to them to be sure all areas comply with Borgata standards

• Ensures the safety of employees in handling and storage of all chemicals used in the performance of their tasks

• Continually checks to make sure employees have all the necessary supplies, equipment and tools to execute their tasks

• Accountable for all equipment assigned to their area

• Properly handles guest or maintenance requests

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
