THE JOB:
We are seeking a Manager of Analytics to lead a team focused on delivering data-driven insights across customer segmentation, campaign performance, and channel optimization, with an emphasis on supporting MGM Rewards and key strategic partnerships. This role will oversee the development of analytical tools, manage a team of analysts, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations that inform enterprise-wide marketing strategies.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of analysts to deliver best-in-class analytics solutions.
Develop and implement tools, dashboards, and models that support marketing decisions, particularly around loyalty program performance and partnership initiatives.
Translate complex business questions into clear analytical projects and present findings to a variety of stakeholders.
Partner closely with property and Center of Excellence (COE) teams to deliver impactful recommendations.
Manage workload prioritization, project execution, and talent development.
Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and performance excellence.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
2+ years of prior relevant experience
Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with business intelligence tools.
A strong understanding of marketing strategy and customer behavior analytics.
Experience with loyalty, hospitality, or partnership-focused analytics a plus.
Proven ability to turn data into business impact through compelling storytelling and insight delivery.
