INTERNAL AUDIT EXPERIENCE

Outside of signature college programs, we offer an additional internship work experience program where you can learn from the best in Internal Audit. In this experience, you will have the opportunity to put on your analytical hat and support the team with compliance and regulatory checks that affect numerous business operations.

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT

Reach your full career potential through our Tuition Reimbursement offering. You can enroll in a degree or certificate program at any nationally accredited institution. We provide up to $4,000 per year of educational expense reimbursement for courses associated with degree programs, certifications, and continuing education units.

COLLEGE OPPORTUNITY PROGRAM

We’ve partnered with the Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) to provide our eligible employees the opportunity to enroll in designated online degree or certificate programs at any NSHE college or university — free of charge. The COP will cover the costs for the courses required for the degree or certificate program that you are enrolled in.

STUDENT LOAN DEBT ASSISTANCE

Take advantage of our Student Loan Debt Assistance to reduce up to $12,000 of the principal balance of student loan debt through MGM Resorts contributions each month. Contributions are taxable and you may receive an extra $50 monthly contribution from MGM Resorts just for making your regular, monthly loan payments!
