Boots to Business is MGM's dedicated program for Veterans, supporting a smooth transition into a hospitality career. The program offers support, resources, and personal development. Through access to our Veteran Employee Network Group, learning opportunities, networking, mentorships, and more, we empower veterans to succeed and thrive at MGM.
