THE JOB:
The Seasonal Busperson supports the guests' dining experience by maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all restaurant areas. This role ensures the dining room, service stations, and storerooms are impeccably kept and fully stocked, contributing to seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Work with servers to ensure proper guest service
Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas
Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed
Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles
Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently
Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must possess availability to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays
Has one (1) year of prior relevant experience working in a restaurant as a Busser or Food Runner
Has experience working in a similar resort setting

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$22.00
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
