THE JOB:
Step into the role of Cook at Gymkhana within Aria, where you’ll bring bold Indian culinary techniques to life with skill and passion. Beyond the kitchen, your warm energy and genuine hospitality will elevate every guest interaction into something unforgettable. By connecting with each guest’s unique story, you’ll create “WOW” moments that linger long after their stay.
THE STARTING RATE: $26.6831 USD Hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques
Identify and safely use kitchen equipment
Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service
Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service
Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups
Work as a team, assist all guests' needs and inquiries
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
1+ years of prior relevant experience as a Cook preferred
Formal Culinary training preferred
