THE JOB:

Step into the exciting world of events with MGM Resorts Event Productions (MREP) as a Sales Coordinator, where creativity meets execution! In this role, you’ll help bring unforgettable experiences to life by coordinating rentals, entertainment, and outside services, while supporting event installations from start to finish. If you love fast-paced environments, thrive on organization, and enjoy turning big ideas into seamless realities, this is your chance to shine!

You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!

THE STARTING RATE: $22.00 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Coordinate and execute event logistics by hiring specialty labor, entertainment, photography, and managing the installation of both small and large-scale events
  • Manage rentals and vendor coordination, including securing rentals, overseeing load-in/out, setup/breakdown, monitoring for damage, and handling return shipments
  • Communicate project status and timelines with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment and satisfaction
  • Manage financial processes, including preparing and closing purchase orders, verifying invoices, generating profit/loss statements, and closing projects for invoicing
  • Stay current on design trends and vendor offerings while expanding the vendor base to introduce new products

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Two (2) years of prior relevant experience, preferably in administrative and/or project management roles
  • Must be a strong writer with excellent communication and comprehension skills
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
