THE JOB:

Join our team as a Senior Manager of Casino Marketing and take the lead in driving high-impact player engagement and revenue growth. In this dynamic role, you’ll inspire and manage a high-performing team while leveraging data and analytics to uncover trends, optimize performance, and elevate the guest experience. We’re looking for a relationship-driven leader who excels at building trust with VIP guests—even in challenging situations—and can turn complex interactions into lasting loyalty. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about coaching teams, and know how to blend strategic insight with exceptional service, we want to hear from you.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Oversee daily operations of Casino Marketing team by providing leadership and management to Customer Development Team through regular recognition, coaching and feedback to enhance their performance.

  • Partner with Marketing, Advertising and Special Events teams for all VIP Marketing needs.

  • Review and analyze data for trends and opportunities to increase operational efficiencies and enhance guest experience.

  • Respond to guest correspondence and/or guest concerns in a professional and timely manner, achieving positive guest/problem resolution.

  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures that increase efficiency and promote quality and quantity standards to ensure maximum resort experience for all guests, while maintaining profitability.

  • Maintain an effective training program that enhances technical and service driven curriculum for department.

  • Identify and overcome obstacles, resolve problems and remove roadblocks to enhance the employee and guest experience.

  • Maintain a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, leadership development, mutual respect and employee engagement.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Two years of relevant marketing management experience; preferably in a casino environment

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, holidays, and evenings
