THE JOB:
As an Assistant Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for operational functions within the department. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Oversee daily operations in the department to align with the department’s goals and overall vision.
Ensure smooth and cost-effective operations, including managing staff, overseeing services, handling schedules, and controlling inventory.
Ensure guests receive quality service in line with the company’s standards and brand values.
Support the management team during your shift to help deliver excellent service to guests.
Manage the ordering and stocking of beverages to boost revenue.
Guide and support beverage staff, ensuring proper scheduling.
Offer suggestions to management on daily operations.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
At least 21 years of age
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of prior relevant experience

Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is:
$46,000.00 - $63,200.00
This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
