THE JOB:
As a Food Server for COMO Poolside Cafe at Bellagio, you will elevate the sun-drenched luxury of our Mediterranean-inspired pool courtyards by guiding guests through an exquisite, al fresco dining experience. Going beyond simply taking orders and finalizing checks, you will anticipate guest needs with polished grace, delivering refreshing culinary creations and signature cocktails to those relaxing by our pristine waters. By collaborating seamlessly with your poolside team to ensure every table and station remains flawlessly inviting, you will provide the attentive, world-class hospitality that transforms a beautiful afternoon into an unforgettable oasis getaway.
THE STARTING RATE: $14.5047 Hourly + Tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome
Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery of menu items of every course, and both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages
Maintain table cleanliness utilizing a silent service approach
Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment
Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables, and Point of Sale (POS) stations
Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
Communicate with management, chefs, and culinary staff to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
Must be 21 years of age or older
5+ years of prior relevant Food and Beverage experience in a high-paced environment with food service experience preferred
