THE JOB:
As an Ultra Lounge & Lounge Server for The Mayfair Supper Club at Bellagio, you will deliver elevated beverage service in a dynamic, luxury nightlife environment by efficiently expediting drink orders while providing attentive beverage and bus service that enhances the overall guest experience. You will contribute to the sophisticated, high‑energy ambiance through polished service, teamwork, and a strong sense of urgency, ensuring guests feel engaged and well cared for throughout their visit. By following all departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures, and maintaining exceptional standards of professionalism and presentation, you will help create memorable, show‑stopping moments that align with The Mayfair’s distinctive supper‑club experience.
THE STARTING RATE: $14.5054 hourly + tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Complete opening side duties fold/stack cocktail napkins, stock swizzle sticks, straws, matches, line cocktail trays, stock glassware, restock supply cabinet, inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies
Knowledge of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available on the casino floor
Knowledge of designated glassware and garnishes for each drink
Communicate order into system through Bartender; ensure transmission is verified
Knowledge of Hotel services and features as well as local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries
Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
Successful completion of Restaurant Training Program and testing is required
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
Must be 21 years of age or older
6+ Months of prior experience as a cocktail server and/or Food Server in a similar environment preferred
Experience working in a similar resort setting preferred
