THE JOB:
As the Busperson at Tender in Luxor, you'll set the stage for a great dining experience by keeping the restaurant spotless, organized, and well supplied. From refreshing the dining room to supporting food and beverage stations, this role ensures everything is in place so guests and team members alike can thrive.
THE STARTING RATE: $14.61 Hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Work with servers to ensure proper guest service.
Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas.
Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed.
Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles.
Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently.
Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed.
Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris.
Perform other job-related duties as requested.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience as a Bus or Food Runner preferred
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
Experience working in a similar resort setting preferred
