THE JOB:
As a Hospitality AI & Automation Intern, you’ll support back‑of‑house technology initiatives that help MGM scale AI adoption across the enterprise. You’ll work alongside engineers, product managers, and automation specialists to help design, test, and deploy tools that improve operational efficiency, IT reliability, and workforce productivity. This internship is ideal for students interested in AI engineering, automation, data workflows, or enterprise technology strategy.
THE STARTING RATE: $20.00/hour
PROGRAM DURATION: June – August 2026
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Help analyze operational processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Participate in research, testing, and evaluation of hardware and software components.
- Document workflows, test results, and system behaviors to support enterprise‑wide adoption.
- Learn how to evaluate ROI, measure productivity impact, and support organizational change.
- Get exposure to real AIOps environments and IT operations workflows.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be at least 21 years old and currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields during the duration of the program.
- Able to commit to the full 10-week program.
- Basic experience with programming (Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar) or workflow automation tools.
- Eager to learn, experiment, and contribute to meaningful internal projects
