THE JOB:
As an Aesthetician, you curate moments of renewal that transcend the ordinary. With an approachable yet polished presence and an unwavering commitment to excellence, you create experiences that linger in memory long after a guest’s visit. Through thoughtful collaboration and impeccable attention to detail, you help uphold the elevated standards and seamless flow of the Spa & Salon.
THE STARTING RATE: Commission-based, plus tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
Follow all departmental and policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies
Ensure spa guests are given the highest level of service by providing the most current information and techniques in body wraps, scrubs, facials, waxing and makeup application per treatment and department protocols
Evaluate guest needs and skin type to tailor treatments and services
Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
2+ years previous experience as an aesthetician in a spa or salon environment and guest service experience
Skilled in body waxing techniques is preferred
Must currently hold a Nevada issued Aesthetician license
Possess a valid Nevada issued Advanced Aesthetician license is preferred
High School Diploma or GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
