THE JOB:
As a Spa Attendant, you’re more than a team member—you’re the first step in an unforgettable guest journey. Your warm presence, keen attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs will turn every interaction into a “WOW” moment. You’ll play a key role in creating a serene, welcoming environment where guests can truly relax, recharge, and remember their experience long after they leave.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics and exceed guest expectations
Follow all departmental and policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
Maintain spa facilities and locker areas ensuring they are well stocked, and in tidy and sanitary condition at all times
Assist guests in the booking of spa services via spa software, direct guests to their appointments and assist them with the use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities.
Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
Perform other job-related duties as requested
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma or GED Preferred
1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience Preferred
Retail experience Preferred

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$15.92
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
