THE JOB:
At BetMGM Sportsbook Bar & Grill, the energy is high, the crowd is electric, and the food has to keep up with the action! As a Cook, you will bring your passion for great food and fast-paced teamwork to one of the most exciting dining venues on property. From preparing crowd favorites and game-day bites to executing every dish with precision and flavor, you will play a key role in fueling the fun for our guests. Working alongside a talented culinary team, you will uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and hospitality—making every service a winning experience.
THE STARTING RATE: $16.56 an hour
THE SCHEDULE:
Full Time | 40 hours
Must be open and flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the business needs and the sport season
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Apply solid culinary techniques and maintain strong knowledge of food products
Safely operate kitchen equipment and prepare dishes with consistency and care
Restock supplies and food items to ensure readiness for service
Label and date all products while following strict sanitation standards
Execute detailed plate presentations with attention to quality and speed
Assist kitchen leadership and teammates to keep service running smoothly
Prepare and maintain strong knowledge of sauces, soups, and other base items
Collaborate with the team to meet guest needs and support a fast-moving operation
