THE JOB:
As a Gourmet Food Server for Jasmine at Bellagio, you will deliver an elevated, fine‑dining experience by expertly taking and serving guest orders while showcasing the rich flavors and traditions of authentic Chinese cuisine in a sophisticated setting. You will ensure each guest receives attentive, personalized service by maintaining table presentation, anticipating needs, and creating a seamless dining flow from order to check presentation. By performing side work, maintaining cleanliness of your assigned stations, and collaborating closely with your team, you will uphold the highest standards of excellence and contribute to memorable, culturally inspired dining experiences that reflect the elegance and prestige of Jasmine at Bellagio.
THE STARTING RATE: $14.5047 hourly + tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Greet guest in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome
Guide guest through all phases of their experience at the restaurant
Knowledgeable of selling techniques, service delivery of both non and alcoholic beverages, and service delivery of menu items of every course
Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment
Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned area, side station, tables and Point of Sale (POS) station
Anticipate the guest needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
Communicate with management, chef and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guest and or employees
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
Must be 21 years of age or older
Previous Fine Dining Server experience in an equivalent (Chinese) restaurant preferred
Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese preferred
