THE JOB:
As a Parking Ambassador at Excalibur, you'll create a memorable first impression for our guests with your warm smile and exceptional service. By anticipating their needs and delivering swift and efficient assistance, you'll set the tone for an unparalleled resort experience.
THE STARTING PAY: $15.43 hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Warmly greet all arriving guests at the parking entrance, providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic service despite varying weather conditions
Manage the fast-paced environment by strictly adhering to protocols and using sound judgment to regulate vehicle movement, minimizing traffic congestion and delays
Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for the property, well-versed in all hotel services, features, and local attractions, enabling accurate responses to guest inquiries
Address guest concerns promptly within the scope of authority; escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor on duty for further assistance
Vigilantly report all suspected thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for immediate investigation and resolution
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Six (6) months prior guest service experience
Comfortable working outside in hot or cold climates
