THE JOB:

At ARIA, unforgettable events start long before guests arrive, and that’s where you come in! As a Convention Service Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind seamless meetings, conferences, and group experiences at one of Las Vegas’ most sophisticated destinations.

From planning and coordination to setup and execution, you’ll work closely with hotel departments to bring each client’s vision to life while creating exceptional experiences every step of the way. No two days are the same as you collaborate with teams across the resort to deliver flawless events in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and all property departments during pre-planning and on-site event execution
  • Work directly with clients on room setup, décor, billing details, costs, and other program requirements
  • Ensure meeting and event facilities are reserved and properly coordinated where applicable
  • Manage assigned operational functions in alignment with department and property goals, service standards, and brand expectations
  • Monitor and support the delivery of exceptional guest service within assigned areas
  • Host prospective and existing clients visiting the property, including dining and entertainment experiences
  • Foster a work environment that promotes teamwork, mutual respect, employee recognition, performance feedback, and employee satisfaction

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • One (1) year of previous experience required, preferably in hotel and/or banquet operations in a similar resort setting
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
