THE JOB:
As a Cook, you will bring passion, precision, and energy to every plate while creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. In this fast-paced, high-volume culinary environment, you will expertly apply your cooking techniques across flexible rotating stations, adapting seamlessly to the needs of the kitchen while maintaining excellence in execution.
From mastering breakfast classics to confidently flipping eggs in a pan with finesse, you will play a key role in delivering quality, consistency, and speed. Your passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating memorable guest experiences will help bring unforgettable WOW moments to life long after our guests leave the table.
THE STARTING RATE: $23.6747/hr
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques
Identify and safely use kitchen equipment
Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service
Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service
Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups
Work as a team, assist all guests needs and inquiries
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
1+ year of prior experience as a Cook in a fast-paced restaurant, resort, or high-volume culinary environment preferred
Thrives in a quick-service, high-volume kitchen where speed, quality, and consistency are key
Confident in applying core culinary techniques, including breakfast execution and high-speed line cooking
Flexible to work varied on-call shifts, including weekends, holidays, early mornings, evenings, and peak business periods
