THE JOB:

As a Print Production Specialist at MGM National Harbor, you’ll be the driving force behind bringing bold ideas to life—from eye-catching signage to high-quality print that elevates the guest experience. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Partner with internal teams across marketing, design, and operations to bring ideas to life
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and oversee production timelines and deliverables
Conduct quality checks (including onsite) to ensure color accuracy, proofing precision, and overall excellence
Track budgets, develop cost estimates, and manage purchasing functions
Monitor production schedules and solve challenges quickly and effectively
Stay current on print and signage industry trends to continuously elevate output
Travel locally (using your own vehicle) for vendor visits and stakeholder meetings as needed
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Minimum age of 21
5+ years of experience in print production, offset printing, or the signage industry

Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is:
$60,400.00 - $80,500.00
This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.
