THE JOB:
Join the team as a Sky Suites Representative at ARIA Resort & Casino, where you’ll deliver a personalized luxury experience through a unique blend of concierge and front desk service. In this role, you’ll welcome guests with warmth and professionalism while assisting with arrivals, departures, reservations, special requests, and curated guest experiences throughout their stay.
While upholding the Forbes Travel Guide 5-Star and AAA 5-Diamond service standards that define the Sky Suites experience, you’ll anticipate guest needs, build meaningful connections, and create WOW moments guests will remember long after their stay with us!
THE STARTING RATE: $22.50 / Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Assist VIP casino, hotel, and convention guests with hotel check-in/check-out, reservations, concierge requests, and other guest services
- Handle all guest requests and complaints, resolve issues promptly, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain suite occupancy by managing out-of-service rooms, setting up guest lists, and reviewing availability before upgrades
- Perform cashiering duties including maintaining a cash bank, processing credit card authorizations, resolving billing inquiries, creating master accounts, and handling casino comps
- Maintain knowledge of local dining, entertainment, golf courses, spas, nightclubs, tours, and resort amenities
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of prior relevant experience in VIP Services, Front Desk or Concierge preferred
- Must be a strong writer with excellent communication and comprehension skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
