THE JOB:
As a Cook, you will bring passion, precision, and culinary expertise to every dish while helping create exceptional dining experiences for our guests. In this fast-paced environment, you will skillfully execute a variety of culinary techniques, maintain quality and consistency, and support seamless kitchen operations with energy and excellence. Your commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and guest service will help transform every meal into a memorable experience, creating the WOW moments our guests will carry with them long after their visit.
THE STARTING RATE: $26.6044 hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques
Identify and safely use kitchen equipment
Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service
Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service
Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
1+ years of prior relevant experience preferred
Formal Culinary training preferred
Available to work varied on-call shifts, including weekends, holidays, and based on business needs
