THE JOB:
As a Manicurist Nail Tech, you have the chance to deliver exceptional service while also maximizing your earning potential with a commission rate of 40% plus additional service charges. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE: 40% Commission +Service Charge
THE SCHEDULE: On-Call
8:30 am to 6:30 pm
Requires availability on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and Thursdays as business needs dictate.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations.
Follow all departmental and policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies.
Provide nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel and acrylic applications with the ability to produce both a creative and technically accurate visual presentation per treatment and department protocols.
Maintain a working knowledge of all products, retail and be informed of the latest trends in nail care services and techniques.
Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 18 years old or older.
High School Diploma or GED.
