THE JOB:
Step into a fast-paced, guest-focused role where exceptional service and teamwork come together. As a Bus Runner at The Crossings, you will play a vital role in creating an elevated dining experience by maintaining a polished and welcoming environment, supporting seamless restaurant operations, and anticipating the needs of both guests and team members. Working alongside Food Servers and culinary teams, you will help deliver the high-energy hospitality, attention to detail, and WOW moments that define the MGM Resorts experience.
THE STARTING RATE: $20.3683/hr
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner
Clean and sanitize all equipment
Keep floors free of debris and spills
Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the property
Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station
Clean and sanitize tables and chairs
Retrieve orders the warehouse and stock storeroom
Assist with proper stock rotation
Run food as required by the Department
Perform other job-related duties as requested
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Has at least 1 year of experience as a Bus Runner, Food Runner, or in a similar front-of-house support role within a restaurant environment.
Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume dining operations and can maintain efficiency while delivering exceptional guest service.
- Is dependable, adaptable, and able to work a flexible, on-call schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possesses or can obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler Safety Training Card
