THE JOB:

As a Pool Guest Attendant at Moorea Beach Club, Mandalay Bay, you will play a key role in shaping each guest’s experience from the moment they arrive. With a warm, welcoming presence and attentive service, you will connect with guests, understand their individual needs, and take ownership of their experience. Your ability to anticipate and deliver personalized service will create memorable “WOW” moments that extend far beyond their time with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $13.00 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Welcome guests to the pool and the MGM Resorts family by providing memorable service, anticipating guest needs, and assisting with seating, cabanas, or general pool information

  • Respond to and resolve guest complaints, exceed guest expectations, and provide other supporting services

  • Complete opening and closing duties while maintaining the appearance of the pool deck throughout the shift; assist with desk and towel duties, assist with setting up cabanas, and maintain the appearance of the pool deck throughout the shift, including straightening chairs, collecting soiled towels and trash, moving chairs, and performing all other duties as assigned

  • Provide CPR or first aid if needed and follow emergency protocols

  • Participate in pool safety programs and training, and ensure overall guest safety

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older

  • Experience as a Pool Guest Attendant or Lifeguard preferred

  • Customer service experience preferred

  • Valid Alcohol Awareness Card and Food Handler’s Card, or willingness to obtain both.
