THE JOB:
As a Pool Cocktail Server at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, you will help create unforgettable experiences in one of the city's most vibrant poolside destinations. With your outgoing personality, attentive service, and ability to anticipate guest needs, you'll deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences while fostering an energetic, luxury atmosphere. Every interaction is an opportunity to create memorable moments that keep guests coming back long after their day in the sun has ended.
THE STARTING RATE: $14.7457 USD Hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Take orders and serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately.
Garnish and serve cocktails to guests.
Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections.
Provide answers to guest inquiries about hotel services, features, local attractions, and activities.
Perform opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies, inspecting cleanliness, and preparing service areas.
Resolve guest complaints within your scope of authority or escalate issues to management when necessary.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 21 years or older.
6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience (preferred).
