THE JOB:

As the Assistant Retail Manager, you will be the right-hand partner to the Retail Manager and the driving force on the retail floor. You will orchestrate daily operations, mentor our talented team members, and ensure every guest interaction is nothing short of extraordinary.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Implement cost-control procedures, including shrink reduction initiatives, while monitoring and maintaining appropriate inventory levels. Demonstrate strong business acumen by analyzing store performance to achieve financial objectives and overall store profitability

  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, onboarding, coaching and developing team members. Support achievement of assigned goals and tasks while ensuring compliance with operational standards and company policies and procedures

  • Maintain store visual standards, executing merchandising strategies and ensuring the store and stockroom remain organized and well maintained

  • Achieve financial goals by improving selling techniques, driving sales performance, and increasing overall store profitability

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve sales and operational goals

  • Knowledge with inventory management, stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy processes

  • Ability to work second shift and perform closing duties

  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Required

  • Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities
