THE JOB:
As a Pool Receptionist at Mandalay Bay, you’ll welcome guests, manage daily operations, and help create a smooth, high-quality poolside experience while delivering friendly, efficient service that sets a positive tone from arrival.
THE STARTING RATE: $14.00 hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner; answer multi-line phone systems, respond to email correspondence, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
Assist guests with information regarding cabanas, daybeds, reserved seating, and other amenities while providing exceptional customer service
Manage reservation check-in and check-out processes and maintain accurate guest records using UrVenue, ResortPass, InfoGenesis, and Microsoft Office programs
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, communicate guest concerns and operational needs to management, and confidently upsell amenities to enhance the guest experience
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
18+ years of age or older
1+ years of prior relevant experience preferred
Customer service experience handling customer needs and providing support preferred
