THE JOB:
Love fast‑paced energy, great tips, and making first impressions count? As a Valet Attendant at MGM National Harbor, you’ll be the VIP welcome—setting the tone with a smile, smooth service, and a little extra flair. If you enjoy staying on the move and creating memorable guest moments, this role puts you right in the action!
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Greet arriving guests warmly at the valet entrance and provide fast, friendly, and professional service
Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles using claim checks
Assist guests with special needs and provide additional support as needed
Help manage traffic flow to ensure a smooth and efficient valet experience
Answer guest questions about the property, including hotels, dining, events, and attractions
Resolve guest concerns within scope and escalate issues when needed
Report any incidents, safety concerns, or lost items to supervisors or security
Support Bell Services with luggage assistance when needed
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
At least 18 years of age
2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience (Preferred)

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$13.16
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
