THE JOB:

Join the team as a Luxury Experience Coordinator at Bellagio, where you'll deliver personalized, world-class service for guests staying in some of the resort's most exclusive accommodations. From the first interaction through the completion of each reservation, you'll create seamless experiences that reflect Bellagio's renowned Five-Star, Five-Diamond standards.

In this highly visible role, you'll serve as a trusted liaison between guests, Front Office teams, and Executive Offices, ensuring every guest feels valued and receives exceptional attention to detail. This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals who are passionate about luxury service, relationship building, and creating unforgettable experiences that inspire guests to return again and again.

You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!

THE STARTING RATE: $22.50 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Coordinate the suite approval process, ensuring all details are complete and communicated accurately and timely to guests and team members
  • Anticipate guest needs and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by recommending services, amenities, and experiences that enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of MGM Resorts properties, accommodations, amenities, services, and offerings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Chairman's Club members through exceptional service and communication
  • Resolve guest concerns and complaints effectively within established authority, escalating issues when appropriate

Schedule Details:

  • Hours of Operation:
    • Monday – Wednesday: Off
    • Thursday – Sunday: Will be scheduled to work, times may vary based on business needs
    • **Additional shifts may be scheduled as needed to support operational coverage

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One (1) year of prior relevant experience in Concierge or Front Desk, preferably at a 5 Star or 5 Diamond property
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
