THE JOB:
As a Lounge Server at Bardot Brasserie, you will provide exceptional guest service by efficiently expediting beverage orders and delivering attentive drink and bus service in a fast-paced lounge environment. All responsibilities are performed in accordance with departmental standards and company policies and procedures.
THE STARTING RATE: $14.5055 hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Complete opening side duties, including folding and stacking cocktail napkins, stocking swizzle sticks, straws, and matches, lining cocktail trays, stocking glassware, restocking the supply cabinet, and inspecting the cleanliness and condition of assigned stations and service areas; rectify any deficiencies.
Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic beverage selections available on the casino floor.
Maintain knowledge of designated glassware and garnishes for each drink.
Communicate orders through the Bartender using the point-of-sale system and ensure order transmission is verified.
Maintain knowledge of hotel services and features, as well as local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries.
Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority; otherwise, refer matters to management. Notify a supervisor and/or Security of any unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.
Successful completion of the Restaurant Training Program and required testing is mandatory.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
21 years of age or older.
6+ months of relevant experience required, including experience as a Cocktail Server and/or Food Server in a similar environment.
