THE JOB:
It is the Conversion Lead responsibility to facilitate the day-to-day conversion to ensure accurate and timely completion of conversions between events.
THE STARTING RATE:
$24.00 / Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Set and strike staging which may include risers, chairs, bleachers, house drapes, carpeting, portable flooring, hockey dashers, ice making, boxing rings, etc.
- Store equipment in pre-designated areas; perform minor maintenance on equipment used for setting and striking events Operate company vehicle and any mobile equipment related to arena operations
- Perform administrative duties related to event productions
- Work along Conversion Tech II staff on all other conversion related duties
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 21 years or older
High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of relevant experience in conversion, stage production, or public venue/event operations, including leadership experience.
Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
