THE JOB:
Step into the spotlight at MGM National Harbor as an MGM Rewards Representative! If you love connecting with people, creating memorable guest experiences, and being part of the excitement on the casino floor, this is your moment. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things MGM Rewards—welcoming guests, leveling up their experience, and making every interaction unforgettable.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Welcome guests and assist them with their MGM Rewards accounts at the Players Club desk or assigned areas
- Explain the MGM Rewards program and help guests maximize their points and benefits
- Enroll new members and issue loyalty cards using the player tracking system
- Redeem points for express comps and provide tailored recommendations based on guest status
- Deliver top-notch service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and creating positive experiences
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed
- Maintain accurate player data and protect confidential information
- Share ideas with leadership to enhance the guest experience and improve operations
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- A natural people-person with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, even under pressure
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Flexible and available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in guest-facing roles (hospitality, retail, or casino environment preferred)
- Bilingual skills are a plus

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$19.10
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
