THE JOB:

Be the heartbeat behind exceptional guest service! As a Hotel Dispatcher, you'll coordinate daily operations, connect guests with the services they need, and keep our Bell Desk team moving seamlessly. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to service will help create memorable experiences from arrival to departure.

By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!

THE STARTING PAY RATE: $21.5963 / Per Hour + Service Commissions

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Provide refined luxury service to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Answer Bell Desk phones and assist guests with requests and inquiries
  • Own guest requests and complaints by resolving issues promptly and following up to ensure satisfaction
  • Dispatch Bell Attendants efficiently for guest luggage handling during check-in, check-out, and other service requests
  • Record guest service requests, time stamp service cards, and place them in rotation for the next available Bell Attendant
  • Maintain positive guest relations by providing accurate information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and transfer calls to the appropriate departments as needed
  • Coordinate convention group arrivals and departures by completing paperwork, scheduling bag pull times, and communicating with tour leaders regarding bus schedules and room changes
  • Organize incoming and outgoing guest laundry by verifying guest names, room numbers, item counts, and room changes

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Six (6) months of prior relevant guest services experience, preferably in a similar resort setting
  • Six (6) months of prior relevant experience handling multiple phone lines
  • Experience in a AAA 5 Diamond, Mobil 5 Star, or Forbes hotel/resort setting
  • Front Services experience
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
