THE JOB:

As a Senior Slot Manager at MGM National Harbor, you’ll bring energy, leadership, and strategy together to create unforgettable guest experiences while driving performance where the excitement never stops. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Lead all aspects of Slot Operations during your assigned shift, ensuring a seamless, high-energy gaming experience
Inspire, engage, and develop your team—building a positive culture that attracts and retains top performers
Deliver exceptional guest service aligned with MGM’s S.H.O.W. service standards
Oversee daily operations, staffing levels, and guest experience metrics to drive performance and satisfaction
Mentor assistant managers and team members to support growth and career development
Analyze business needs and make real-time operational decisions on the gaming floor
Resolve guest and employee concerns professionally and efficiently
Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, company policies, and operational procedures
Safeguard company assets, including equipment, keys, and sensitive materials
Lead training initiatives and ensure consistent execution of company programs
Partner with leadership, vendors, and regulatory agencies as needed
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Slot operations or equivalent management experience

Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is:
$88,600.00 - $118,100.00
This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.
